Frequently Asked Questions

You may have some suspicion of low Testosterone based on your symptoms. Primarily, if you’re over the age of 35, you may start feeling more fatigued, low energy, low libido, fat gain, mental fog, or feeling somewhat depressed.

These are not exclusive to Low T but could be indicators. The best way is to purchase our Male Basic Panel, and we can schedule your bloodwork near you. That’s really the only way to know.

Testosterone replacement therapy is one of the most common ways to treat low T. Not all men with low testosterone levels need hormone replacement therapy, especially if they don’t experience any symptoms.

Some men with symptoms, such as weight gain, may choose alternative paths to address their concerns. We offer various therapy options, including injectables, creams, lotions, and troches, to fit your lifestyle. We conduct a deep dive into your bloodwork and treat your symptoms accordingly.

At RejuvenateHRT, we use specific lab panels for each patient to ensure safe, accurate, and effective therapy. We require two yearly bloodwork panels to confirm that you have been optimized.

How is TRT taken?

At RejuvenateHRT, we offer multiple forms of delivery for the convenience of our patients. Oral regimens, injections, and creams are the most common delivery methods.

The delivery method determines how quickly the effects of HRT are felt. For example, if you are taking an injection for testosterone, the effects may be felt as quickly as 24 to 48 hours later. Other delivery methods, such as creams, may take longer for you to feel their effects.

Increases in energy, productivity, and libido may occur within the first 2 days of starting testosterone therapy. However, creams may take longer to show hormone level increases, so it may be a couple of weeks before the effects are noticeable.

RejuvenateHRT offers affordable plans. Our Male plan starts at $299 for 10 weeks, all-inclusive, while Female plans start at $270 for 10 weeks, also all-inclusive. This includes medications, supplies, and access to our provider for unlimited consults.

A blood panel will show your current levels of estrogen, and your provider will determine if these levels need to be reduced through medication.

Is HRT a long-term commitment, and what happens if I stop HRT?

The only reason to be on HRT is due to a lack of natural hormone production. To maximize the benefits, it’s best to continue HRT treatment long-term. Understand that this is a life commitment.

HRT is safe at any age, assuming the candidate has no contraindications for treatment. At RejuvinateHRT, your health is our number one focus.

Hormone replacement therapy has been the subject of research for decades and is considered safe when trained and experienced specialists oversee the treatment. The benefits of HRT, including estrogen-only replacement therapy and testosterone replacement therapy, are well supported and can lead to significant advantages in extending your lifespan.

Dosing depends on the delivery method and your current hormone levels. At RejuvinateHRT, we treat each patient as an individual, so your specific dose may differ and can be adjusted over time based on your unique needs.

HGH peptides, also known as HGH secretagogues, are compounds that stimulate the body’s natural production of human growth hormone (HGH). These peptides signal the pituitary gland to enhance HGH production, differentiating them from synthetic HGH and minimizing the risk of unwanted side effects associated with artificial hormones.

The side effects of hormone replacement therapy (HRT) can vary significantly from one patient to another and are highly individualized. While some patients may experience no negative effects at all, potential side effects can include:

  • Acne
  • Hair thinning
  • Increased blood viscosity
  • Weight gain

At RejuvenateHRT, our team is dedicated to working closely with you to minimize these side effects. Adherence to the prescribed treatment plan is a key factor in achieving optimal results and managing any potential issues effectively.

We operate via telemedicine, allowing us to provide services to clients in all 50 states. This enables us to reach and support a diverse range of patients regardless of their location.

HRT, or hormone replacement therapy, involves the use of hormones such as testosterone, estrogen, progesterone, and thyroid hormones to address various health issues. It may also include human growth hormone (HGH) and other peptides as part of the treatment. HRT can help alleviate:

  • Lack of energy
  • Lack of libido
  • Increases in body fat
  • Decreases in muscle mass

This therapy aims to restore hormonal balance and improve overall well-being.

An estrogen blocker refers to medications like anastrozole, which help reduce the levels of estrogen circulating in the bloodstream. These medications, known as aromatase inhibitors (AIs), work by preventing the conversion of testosterone into estrogen. Anastrozole is one of the most commonly prescribed AIs, assisting in maintaining normal estrogen levels during testosterone therapy.

Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) utilizes hormones that are plant-derived and closely mimic the hormones naturally produced by the body. In contrast, synthetic hormone treatments are typically manufactured by pharmaceutical companies and may have proprietary formulations. At Rejuvenate, we exclusively use bioidentical HRT for its natural alignment with the body’s hormone levels.

We offer access to a wide range of hormones for hormone replacement therapy, including the most common options:

  • Testosterone
  • Estrogen
  • Progesterone
  • Pregnanolone
  • DHEA

Additionally, we provide Gonadorelin as an alternative to hCG, along with other compounds designed to assist with muscle wasting and peptide therapy.

Certain individuals should avoid hormone replacement therapy (HRT), including:

  • Anyone whose endocrine system is not fully developed.
  • Individuals who do not exhibit symptoms of hormone deficiency or test for naturally high testosterone levels.
  • Individuals with a history of cancer (Note: An experienced urologist or gynecologist can determine if a cancer patient is a candidate for HRT).

Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) may be appropriate for individuals experiencing symptoms of hormone deficiency or imbalance. Common symptoms to consider include:

  • Fatigue
  • Low energy
  • Low libido
  • Insomnia
  • Irritability
  • Weight or fat gain around the midsection

Optimizing testosterone levels through hormone replacement therapy (HRT) can enhance muscle mass and strength. Muscle loss is a common issue that affects both men and women as they age, and testosterone plays a key role in maintaining muscle mass.

Weight loss can be a beneficial side effect of hormone replacement therapy (HRT) offered by Rejuvenate HRT. The primary goal of the treatment is to restore hormones to optimal levels, which often leads to increased energy and productivity, as well as improved insulin sensitivity.

HRT has been shown to significantly enhance sex drive and libido in both men and women.
